1. Description of service

This website has been created and is managed by the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs. We act as intermediaries between hotels and users to provide our clients the option of searching for and reserving hotel accommodation in Tossa online. Our service is based on the information provided by the hotels. We do our utmost to ensure that the information we provide on this website is correct, but we cannot guarantee that everything is understandable and free from errors, neither do we take responsibility for interruptions and information not provided.

2. Privacy

The Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will we pass your personal data on to third parties. When making a reservation on this website your data will be transferred only to the establishment in which you have made your reservation and will also be held in our files for administrative purposes.

3. Credit card guarantee

The hotels need credit card details to guarantee reservations. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the hotel you have reserved. When you make a reservation you directly accept an agreement with the chosen hotel.
No charges will be made to your credit card; instead you should pay directly at the hotel.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security to encode credit card details.
Thanks to this system we are able to guarantee 100% secure transactions.

4. Free of charge

The service offered by hotelstossa.com is completely free of charge for the User. We do not make any charges to your credit card.

5. Cancellation

In our email message we provide you with instructions for cancelling your reservation. Remember that some hotels do not allow you to cancel your reservation at certain times of the year. We will advise you of this when you make your reservation.
Cancellation fees do not apply in the majority of cases as long as at least 48 hours notice is given. If you cancel later than permitted by the hotel or if you do not advise the hotel of your cancellation, they may charge a fee, which in most cases is the equivalent of the first night's stay.
Please bear in mind that any charges are made by the relevant hotel and not by the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs.

6. Liability waiver

Our website (hotelstossa.com) has been created with the utmost care and attention. Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels, which are therefore responsible for the accuracy of said information. The hotels may modify said information at any time, including availability and prices. We cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy or precision of said information, nor can we be responsible for errors or inaccuracies. The User must always check the information provided before acting accordingly.
The copyright on this website is owned by the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs. The photographs and text about the hotels remain the property of the hotels.
It is understood that the services contracted are to be delivered by the chosen hotels and therefore those hotels are responsible for providing the services contracted.
The Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs is a non-profit organisation which joins together businessmen and women from Tossa de Mar (Girona, Spain) and is governed by Spanish Law.
