By means of this notice, the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs, with registered office at Carrer Sant Miquel 22, 17320-Tossa de Mar (Girona), informs users of this website about its PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA POLICY.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that the personal information you provide will be included in a personal data file owned and managed by the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs. Likewise, by sending any website application forms duly completed with your Personal Data as requested you EXPRESSLY AUTHORISE the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs to process and include said Personal Data, as well as all data generated through your involvement in and/or use of the options offered or that may be offered on this website, in a computer file owned by the Association.

In the case that the forms include Personal Data referring to individuals other than those who have made the application, the latter must inform said individual of the content of this document.

Except when specifically established to the contrary, it is considered necessary to complete all the fields in each form, and the User must enter data which is true, exact, complete and up-to-date. The User has sole responsibility for any damage or detriment, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs, or to any third party as a result of forms being completed with false, inexact, incomplete or out-of-date data. Likewise, the User guarantees that the Personal Data provided by him/her are true and he/she takes responsibility for informing the Association of any modification to said data.

The data provided will never be used for purposes other than those detailed below and will be immediately deleted when they cease to be required for said purposes.

In the case that the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs provides any kind of special service which determines specific precautions that are different to these in relation to the protection of personal data, the particular rules indicated for said service shall take priority over the present rules in the case of inconsistency.

All the information relating to Personal Data received by the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs is treated with the utmost confidentiality, always respecting the rules of professional privacy, and is used only for communication that is strictly necessary to provide the service contracted by the Client, as well as communications and transfers of data authorised by the User in this Privacy Policy.The Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data, and has installed all the means and technical measures possible to avoid loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access to the Personal Data provided.

The User has the right to access the information concerning him/her that is held in the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs's files, and the right to rectify said data if it is erroneous and to cancel or oppose its processing by contacting the Association at the following email address: info@hotelstossa.com, or in writing (in a signed letter which includes a photocopy of the User's passport) to the entity responsible for the file, being the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs, at its registered office at Carrer Sant Miquel 22, 17320-Tossa de Mar (Girona).

The User accepts that his/her data may be transferred, solely for the purposes described earlier, to other companies within the Group which the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs may belong to, their holding companies and/or collaborators.

The User's acceptance that his/her data may be processed and transferred in the manner established in this Privacy Policy, may at any time be revoked, without retroactive effect, according to the provisions of Articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December.

For statistical purposes, the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs may provide certain dissociated information about the User to third parties, including among these the Association's advertisers, if they exist.

The Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs informs Users, by means of this notice, that it uses cookies when users view the different screens and pages of the website. The cookies used by the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs are stored on the User's hard disk, but they cannot read the data contained on said hard disk, nor can they read cookies created by other providers. Nevertheless, the User can impede the creation of cookies using the corresponding option found in his/her internet browser. The Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs uses cookies in order to recognise Users who have registered and to offer them a better and more personalised service. In addition, they are used to gather information about the date and time of the User's last visit, measure website traffic parameters and estimate the number of hits to the site, so that the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs can focus and adjust its services and promotions in the most effective way.

The Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs reserves the right to modify its Protection of Personal Data Policy in accordance with its criteria, or due to legislative or jurisprudence changes, or changes in business practice. If the Tossa Association of Entrepreneurs makes any changes the new text will be posted on this website, where the User may learn about the Protection of Personal Data Policy. In any case the relationship with the Users will be governed by the regulations in force at the precise moment that the website is accessed.
